Humpers  was estrablished on 20th June 1994 by the now company director Stephen Taylor. Stephen had just finished studying art and design at University  at the age of 20 when he went into business. He gained his experience through working for his father Geoff who ran a similar business specialising in the removal of pianos and antiques (see picture of Geoff in action).

Stephen saw a gap in the small home removals sector where other companies lacked our  personal touch. He set about creating an image and building a good reputation to ensure our customers return to us again and again. The orange camel was designed to marry with the name and Humpers was born.

This is a more recent picture of Charlie who started school in September 2009. He is our official 'little humper'.

Baby Oscar Parker Taylor was born on 28th September 2009 at 8.02pm weighing in at 9lb 10oz. Here is his first photo when he was a few hours old.
